Water & leaks : We check for leaks or water issues to detect small issues early.
Ventilation & airing : We air the space, open windows and keep it fresh.
Security check : Doors, windows, shutters and locks are checked to ensure everything is secure.
Appliances & systems : We check essential appliances, air conditioning and other systems are working properly.
Update & Report
You receive a summary and photo report after each visit, so you always know your property is in good hands.
